Farini Ochre 40726

Hand-woven overlapping strips of raffia create a dynamic line pattern and plenty of relief. Raffia is often used in interiors because it holds such natural appeal. In the Farini design, raffia is utilised in an innovative way: after being woven into a wide, plain wallpaper, the sides are cut off. These strips are then attached to each other vertically and overlapping to create a dynamic line pattern with plenty of depth. The name refers to Raphia farinifera, a tropical African palm tree.
